Terms & Conditions
Welcome to ACM Enhanced. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from ACM Enhanced. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of this website.
1. Eligibility
By using this website or purchasing products from ACM Enhanced, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
You agree that all information you provide when creating an account, placing an order, or communicating with ACM Enhanced is accurate, current, and complete.
2. Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, introduce malicious software, misuse website functionality, or otherwise use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.
3. Research Use Only
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products offered by ACM Enhanced are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purposes only.
Products labeled “Research Use Only” or “Not for Human Consumption” are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or therapeutic use.
ACM Enhanced does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, or representations that its research products are safe or effective for human use.
By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and research activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and acceptance by ACM Enhanced.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, suspected misuse of our products, or other circumstances that may violate these Terms or applicable law.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our payment and refund policies.
5. Pricing and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other website information are accurate.
However, typographical errors, technical errors, incorrect pricing, or inventory discrepancies may occasionally occur. ACM Enhanced reserves the right to correct such errors and, where appropriate, cancel or modify an affected order.
Prices and product availability may change without notice.
6. Payments
Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method before an order is processed.
Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment providers. ACM Enhanced does not directly store complete payment-card information when transactions are handled by those providers.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates provided by ACM Enhanced are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, regulatory or customs requirements, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
ACM Enhanced will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with legitimate shipping issues.
Responsibility for loss and the availability of replacements or refunds may depend on the circumstances of the shipment, carrier policies, tracking information, applicable shipping insurance, and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products
Because of the nature and handling requirements of research products, returns may be restricted or unavailable after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact ACM Enhanced promptly after delivery and provide your order information and reasonable supporting documentation, such as photographs of the package and product.
Eligibility for a refund, replacement, or other resolution will be determined in accordance with our posted Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.
10. Product Handling and Storage
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate laboratory handling, storage, security, and disposal practices.
Products should be handled only by individuals with the appropriate knowledge, facilities, equipment, and training for the research being conducted.
ACM Enhanced is not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage, handling, alteration, contamination, reconstitution, misuse, or use inconsistent with product labeling.
11. Product Information and Testing
Product descriptions, specifications, testing information, certificates of analysis, and other technical information are provided for informational and research purposes.
Where ACM Enhanced provides third-party laboratory results or certificates, those materials relate to the samples and testing identified in the applicable report. They should not be interpreted as medical or therapeutic claims.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the ACM Enhanced name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product imagery, written content, website design, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to ACM Enhanced and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish, or commercially exploit protected ACM Enhanced content without prior written permission.

ACM Enhanced may rely on third-party providers for services including payment processing, website hosting, shipping, analytics, communications, and other business operations.
Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ACM Enhanced is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ACM Enhanced and its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of this website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACM Enhanced and its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.
16. No Medical Advice
